Orders Menu

You can rent items, sell merchandise, or sell rental items from a rental contract. Within the orders menu you can:

create,
edit,
reprint and
close rental contracts.

From this menu, you can also quickly create merchandise sales invoices. If your store is set up with bar-coding, then the Quick Sale option will help you sell merchandise quickly and easily. From this menu, FocalPoint also helps you:

exchange items on a contract
create pick-up slips for your delivery drivers
create credit memos for refunds or returns
reprint credit card receipts
access the maintenance work order menu.
