I have been with Visum from almost the beginning, I believe I was one of their first customers. What attracted me initially to Visum and Focal Point Software was a reasonably priced product with equally reasonable support costs. What keeps me with Visum is very good software and great customer service. I have watched the software and the company evolve and grow over the years: the one constant has been a genuine commitment to customer service. I like to think that I have had some input into the development of the software because Visum is very receptive to their customers’ needs and ideas. Visum has also shown a commitment toward improving their product and keeping up with technological advances. I would highly recommend Focal Point to anyone looking for Rental software. You would be getting a very good product, but just as importantly a great bunch of guys to work with.

Of all the professional organizations I have dealt with in the past 30+ years, this is one that I would not hesitate to promote.

Leary to venture into this aspect of our business, it is very refreshing to find a group that never demeans me in any way. From the very beginning I have been treated with honesty and respect. I am not a very computer literate person, and do not always understand how things work...and with the Visum team I do not have to.

You know how you never have a really bad problem until late on Friday, a weekend, or a holiday? Well, that has never been an issue with Visum. I have had occasion to call during those 'not so convenient' times, and have either spoken with someone right then, or they have called me back within a short period of time. The team is usually able to clear up the 'junk' within a few minutes, or calls back within an hour when more in-depth research into the issue is needed. They have never left me stranded.

They are also one of the few companies that do not stop their service at the sale of the product. I have attended a few of the on-line classes, and am impressed at how well they can explain how things work within the system, and how to get what I need from it. Visum tends to make my life so much easier! Recommend this team? ... With all my heart and soul I say yes!
